Welcome to Go Sandwip. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Go Sandwip mobile application and our services. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Scope of Services

Go Sandwip provides a technology platform that connects users with independent third-party service providers (Bike and CNG drivers).

• Go Sandwip does not provide transportation or logistics services itself.
• All rides are provided by independent contractors who are not employees of Go Sandwip.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Service

• Safety: You agree to follow all safety guidelines at all times.
• Prohibited Items: You may not use the parcel service to send illegal, dangerous, or fragile items (e.g., explosives, weapons, or unauthorized substances).
• Behavior: Users must treat drivers and delivery agents with respect. Harassment, violence, or damage to a driver’s vehicle may result in immediate account suspension.

4. Payments and Fares

• Fare Estimates: Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and demand. The estimate shown in the app is the amount you are expected to pay.
• Payment Methods: Currently, Go Sandwip supports cash payments directly to the driver/agent upon completion of the service.
• Taxes: Any applicable government taxes are included in the final fare breakdown where required.

5. Cancellations

• You may cancel a request at any time before the driver arrives.
• Frequent cancellations after a driver has been assigned may result in a temporary restriction on your account to ensure fairness to our partners.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Go Sandwip is a platform provider. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of the services provided by third-party drivers.
• While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not responsible for any delays or service interruptions caused by internet connectivity or technical issues on the island.

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect your location data to provide accurate ride-matching and real-time tracking for your safety.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
