Users can permanently delete their account and associated personal data from the app at any time.

Once the account deletion request is completed:

• Profile information will be removed
• Ride history and personal records will be deleted
• Stored personal data will be removed according to legal and security requirements

Some data may be retained for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes as required by law.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the app and log in to your account.
2. From the Home Screen, tap the three-line menu icon (☰) located at the top left corner.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Inside Settings, find and tap the Delete Account button.
5. Confirm your account deletion request.

Your request will be processed immediately or within a reasonable processing period.
